Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.

Clayful is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates whenever possible.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping package

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
